Author pack credits last 12 months. Monthly plan credits renew each month, and up to 20% of unused credits carry over. Top-up credits never expire.
If a job fails, you can retry it free. If you cancel before it's delivered, the credits go back to your balance.
Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as our reseller and takes care of sales tax and VAT. Your receipt comes from Paddle.
